Description
Originally manufactured between the 1930s and 1950s by the famed Solafabriek M.J. Gerritsen N.V. in Zeist, Netherlands, this set represents a beautifully preserved era of tableware design.
Each demitasse spoon showcases an exceptional openwork handle decorated with ornate scrolls and floral filigree motifs. The line name, Sola-Massief, was historically celebrated for its superior corrosion resistance and brilliant finish. These petite spoons are traditionally sized for serving espresso, mocha, liqueurs, or small teas. What makes this find uniquely special is the inclusion of the original presentation display box. Complete with authentic factory branding, logos, and period typography on the inner silk-style lining.
Box Condition: Please note that the original presentation box is in well-loved, heavily worn vintage condition. It shows distinct scuffing, edge wear, and signs of heavy use over the years. However, it remains structurally intact and serves perfectly as a nostalgic, authentic storage piece for the spoons.
